Hair thinning issues in Men and Women

Updated: Nov 2, 2024

When you start thinning out or losing hair there are numerous reasons this can happen.

Even younger clients or aging clients can have issues with thinning.

check for any reasons below:

  • low Hormonal issues like Peri menapause or low tesosterone.

  • Stress losing hair or alopecia blad spots

  • Thyroid conditions untreated

  • Toxic mold exposure

  • Medications

  • Diabetes

  • Surgery stress or car accidents

  • Cheap shampoos that have waxes or lye soap which clog your pores.

I've tried all kinds of thinning hair products on many clients. The best thing to do is bloodwork at your Doctors office and make sure its not a health issue first. The best things I've found are latisse products in shampoo like Kevin Murphy. We sell eyelash serum too that makes your eyelashes and eyebrows grow long and thick.

Then I came across a CBD shampoo called Freya. Its certified Organic and safe on kids beacuse it has no THC in it. CBD is essentially just Hemp oil and it will regenerate clogged follicals. Testosterone as we get older will create DHT which can cause hair loss, but this shampoo blocks that from happening.

We sell it at the Salon and Ive seen it bring back bald spots from male pattern baldness to thinning Womens hair come back thicker.

Rosemary oil helps bring back hair a more naturally botanical way.

Remember your Stylist is the best person to talk to as we are Hair specialists and Cosmetologists trained in this field.

Supplements to add are B complex stress vitamin, silica, 1000mg Biotin, 400 mg Folate all help hair grow and stay healthy plus give you energy.

In my experience medication and chemicals from a dermatologist are okay, but a natural approach always works best and your skin is your biggest organ adding chemicals like Rogaine aren't the best options. I had a client that was told to use head and shoulders shampoo by a Dermotologist?? What?? REALLY?? This would be the worst thing you can do to to clog up the hair pores with waxes, tar and dry it out..
